The Honolulu Vendor Self Service (VSS) portal provides vendors with a single entry point to register, identify the goods or services that their company provides, scan for opportunities and respond to solicitations using the web.

Q1.   How can I be notified of upcoming solicitations?

A1.   Vendors are encouraged to register for commodity codes after successful registration.  E-mail notifications in regards to a certain commodity code will be sent out to Vendors that are registered with the commodity code.  Click here for more details. 
 

Q2.   The close date and time for the solicitation has passed, how can I view the bid results online?
