Aloha Kakou! I am Racquel Achiu, lifelong resident of the North Shore. Its been my honor to serve our community with a deep passion and dedication to our people, our lands, our culture and our future. Thus far, we have faced & made great strides with the challenges our community faces. My heart & soul are up to task to continue to serve you, our community, for the betterment of our future.
Aloha! My name is Leif and I am a 3rd generation resident of Hale'iwa. I am actively involved in community organizations and activities. I am a 41 year veteran of the Army National Guard and a retiree of the Waialua Sugar Plantation after 20 years. I am a strong advocate for maintaining agricultural lands and practices. I hope to continue to represent my hometown and serve our community.
Aloha - I’m a lifelong kupa’āina of Waialua. It was a privilege to recently serve on the board & chair the Health & Emergency Preparedness Committee.  I humbly ask for your vote so I may continue to represent your voices.  As we navigate our way to a "post-COVID era", I look forward to collaborating with you to address the issues & concerns for the betterment of our North Shore. I served over 30 years with the Honolulu Police Department. I have lived in Hale’iwa for over 55 years. Graduated Waialua High School. I have served on the Neighborhood Board since 2004. I am committed to being a voice for the residents of Hale’iwa and kindly ask for your consideration for this position. Hale’iwa is my home! Aloha and mahalo Mike
North Shore for 40 years, dedicated to improving our community to create a sustainable and vibrant lifestyle for all of us. Pristine beaches, managed traffic flow, affordable housing, sustainable jobs and agricultural practices, are critical areas of concentration.
